Hi! I am Sarah (Autrey) Strickland and very excited to be you first grade teacher. I am celebrating my 16th year of teaching in the Elmore county school system. I have taught first grade for 12 years and kindergarten for 3 years.  This is my first year at Eclectic Elementary School. I am so thankful to be part of the EES team! I have my undergrad in Early childhood education from Auburn University and currently pursing my Masters in Early Childhood from AUM.

My high school sweet heart and I got married in November of 2018. We have 2 amazing boys and 2 stepsons. We live in the Wetumpka area.

I love what I do and teach from the heart! It is my priority to install a love for learning in my students and attempt to teach each day with passion, so my students develop a desire to become lifelong learners, creative and informed problem-solvers, and inspired to achieve their dreams.
